Bought a 2016 vw golf, sales guys were very professional gave a great service and looked after me. 2 weeks later internal light bulb and indicator blew. Visited the garage due to living in the area and they replaced both for free and with 1 day turnaround time. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks guys

AvoidIm sure there will be some smart remark from the dealer about this review, it will be utter rubbish. We bought a car from this dealer on the condition that some repairs were made. Go to collect the car it still had blown bulbs and has all its locking wheel bolts missing. So from day 1 I had suspicions this car was going to be a total lemon. Depsite it being a selling point of the car, no RAC multi point car inspection was completed or stamped in the book. Then the promised second key took over a month to be sent. After just over 8 weeks the car started to chucking thick smoke out the exhaust and consuming oil. It has been a long 2 month nightmare to finally get that rectified, and now they cant/wont provide any reciepts for the work that was completed. This place has 0 after sales care, and 0 customer service. They are the dictionary explanation of a cowboy garage. DO NOT buy from here, any fault free cars bought here will be totally based on luck, not diligence from the dealer. AVOID
We haven't bought the car that we went to see yet and we may still not, but only because my wife has her eye on another that she likes the look of. I will say this though, the young man that assisted us was great. Honest, friendly and not at all pushy. This seems to be a business that has really grasped the concept, that people hate pushy car sales people and that if they want to build a business that will last they need to have a trusted name.I didn't buy the car yesterday, but I definitely would buy a car from the young man I saw yesterday, he understood that we wanted a good deal and we understood that he also needs to make some profit in order for the business to survive and we both approached this from an honest grown up perspective.Refreshing for a smaller car dealer to be so honest. I would definitely go back.
