We received exceptional service from every member of the team we dealt with. The price of the vehicle was competitive and I researched online extensively before settling on Leicester Audi. The car was detailed to a high standard before delivery and the after sales support has been excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend and 5 stars is well deserved!
Scam ArtistsTLDR: only have work done at this garage if mandatory or you'll be taken advantage of.I recently had work done at this garage which could only be done by an Audi dealer due to the nature of the work. That's not what this review is about. They performed a complimentary health check on the car, they reported that my brake discs and pads were badly worn and all need replacing asap - they quoted 960. Alongside this they wanted to investigate the following issues found: Door lock 180, the convenience data unit 180, oil leak 270 so the total for investigation work = 630.I decided to opt for just the work I needed Audi to complete, an ABS pump module replacement. (known issue with my model due to manufacturer using cheap parts in production and can only be replaced by Audi as needs to be coded to the car)After this, I took my car to my local garage to get them to investigate the same issues, they made a sly comment about it being overpriced and whether or not the work even needs doing.My garage came back to me and said the door lock fix will be 150, the oil leak is minor and should be done at the same time as timing belt to cut labour costs. No investigation or diagnoses charges and no other work needed.I won't be returning and would recommend you only have work done at this garage if mandatory.
The staff on the service desk, especially Steve Topp is very good. I would highly recommend Leicester for service. For sales, it's best to check on line before going there as they are not the most competitive on prices.
Go online, check out the Audi dealers in the most rundown parts of the UK to get a better price than Leicester will give you. Nothing wrong with looking at the cars here but are more expensive than other dealers
