STAY AWAY! Work was due to be carried out on my home on Wednesday morning so I cleared out the rooms, being disabled this wasn't easy. He was due to arrive at 9am and I got a text saying he couldn't make it to fit my "State of the art alarm system" and to go somewhere else. Complete waste of time. I feel disgusted and let down by this firm!
I emailed Advace Alarms and a number of other local alarms companies but struggled to get any guess-estimates as my requirements were pretty unknown.Graham came back to me with a ball park figure which was very reasonable so I decided to give him a call.After briefly explaining my house layout to Graham it was decided that a site survey would be best.Graham arranged this visit at my convenience and even provided an non pushy demonstration of the different equipment.I wanted to proceed with the install but required a electrain, this was due to my preferences on locations of some of the equipment.Graham also arranged this again at a very reasonable price (my own mate who's a electrian quoted me more!) Very happy with Graham's workmanship and professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend high Advance Alarms!
