I went to sugar and Ice and asked them to make the top cake for my friends wedding.I arranged to collect it the day before, and when I did it looked like a 5 year old had iced it, they said theyd re-do it and when I went back they had poured chocolate on top and painted it a totally different colour to what I had asked for!They said theyd do it again, but said the cake I had asked for was tricky!!! Other people manage it.. so they advised me they would ring me on the day of the wedding to go fetch it... they didnt, then said they didnt realise they had to!!! And although it looked better, it still wasnt a cake Id pay 45 for! I wasnt offered any form of apology or compensation..do not use this shop! Theyre cowboys!
Very nice shop. Has pretty much everything you need for baking. They also make/decorate cakes themselves. Everything in the shop is very good quality and not very expensive. Very nice and good service
Fantastic l love all the staff , so helpful and professional in what they do. Kettle is always on as you are always made so welcome. I cant find any fault in this wonderful firm. X
